Dedicated Customer Service Representative

    Every Customer has a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) assigned to their account. This means you have a single point of contact with Whitfield & Associates to call upon regarding any aspect of your project (design changes, production status, billing questions, etc.). The CSR knows your account history and notes changes you may require for future reprint orders. The CSR is proactive with your account and will call you directly if there appears to be any question about your project before it moves into the production cycle.
